Since first diving into her career, Nancy has been known for "always making progress while driving on a path of excellence”.  She contributes to the team as an experienced business owner, managing director, COO, compliance professional, risk manager, licensed business attorney and human resources professional.   Her career has taken her to work for both the government and private sector, large national organizations and small entrepreneurial endeavors.   Her natural talent is found in creating, evaluating and improving process and systems to adapt to the organization’s needs.  Currently, Nancy serves as a Strategic Advisor to the Executive Team. 

As the Founder of HireCall, Dan has enjoyed an amazing career building successful enterprises while helping others realize their dreams. He brings to HireCall a wealth of experience in the employment sector as an owner and operator since 1996. Additionally, Dan owned and operated the national background screening company, Trak-1 Technology, before its sale in 2017.  As a seasoned entrepreneur, he has been a fractional owner of the largest captive workers compensation insurance company dedicated to the staffing industry as well as successfully owned and invested in everything from commercial office properties and shopping centers to radio networks, oil interests, preschools, and tech start-ups. He is an instinctive team builder and people motivator. Currently, he serves as the chief advisor to the President and remains active in guiding the overall direction of HireCall.
