Does your company drug screen?

Yes. We work with each of our clients to understand the employment standards required for each position, and when in the onboarding process the drug screening is performed.

Do you offer background checks?

 Yes. We work with each of our clients to understand the employment standards required for each position, and when in the onboarding process the background screening is performed. We have partnered with a nationwide consumer reporting agency accredited by the Professional Background Screening Association (thepbsa.org) to complete the background screening and will provide only those candidates that meet the client standard.

What type of employment services do you offer?

Direct Hire

HireCall will source, interview, skills and experience test, and present qualified candidates meeting defined job requirements. This service includes a 30-day replacement guarantee – meaning we will supply additional qualified candidates in the event the candidate separates within the first 30 days of employment

Sourcing Assistance

Hire call offers a variety of sourcing services to meet the specifications of our client.  This is a project-based service configured to assist each client’s inhouse recruiting team to find qualified candidates more quickly

Temporary Employees

HireCall supplies employees to work at client worksites for various engagements:

Short-term engagement:  Usually project-based placements with a defined end-date.

Long-term engagement:  Usually placements that has no defined end-date, but will not lead to employment with the client

On-boarding engagement: a placement with the intent of onboarding to client after a set number of hours

What do you charge?

All companies have different needs for their recruitment and employment needs. We work with each client to consider many factors including the types of positions and expectations on level of recruiting and screening. Some factors that impact prices are pay rates, hours to hire, position type and market conditions, recruiting and onboarding process, advertising and screening expenses, workers compensation rates and other. Once we have an understanding of these factors we can provide a price and invoicing proposal configured for each client.

What is the invoicing process?

We invoice our clients weekly for any services provided in the previous week with due-on-receipt standard terms.

What payment options you offer?

We accept checks and electronic transfers (ACH).

Do you offer benefits to your employees?

We offer a several health insurance options, and after meeting eligibility requirements, we pay PTO and holidays.
