From the beginning, we wanted to make a difference and stand out in a crowded industry. The last thing anyone need is another “me too” staffing agency. Our dream was to help people find great jobs and give every employer an over-the-top positive experience. In 1996, we jumped right in – showing job seekers and employers the difference responsiveness and exceptional service could make to the quality of their experience. It didn’t take long for HireCall to really take off. Within a few years, we regularly landed on fastest-growing company lists for staffing and recruiting specialists.
